🎃 Returns & Exchanges at Richy Universal Toy Shop

We want your haunt to be nothing short of legendary! If your order isn’t exactly what you envisioned for your spooky celebrations, we’re here to help. Because our items are often seasonal, we have a few specific guidelines to keep things fair and flying right.

🧛 The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused and Unopened: In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • In “Grave” Condition: No signs of wear, makeup stains, or “party smells” (smoke, perfume, etc.).

  • Complete: Including all accessories, instructions, and parts.

🚫 The “Post-Halloween” Rule

To prevent “ghosting” (using an item for Halloween and then returning it), no returns or exchanges will be accepted for orders placed in October after November 1st, unless the item is proven defective.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Face paint, makeup, and special effects kits (if opened).

  • Teeth, fangs, and prosthetics.

  • Wigs and masks (due to hygiene standards).

  • Sale or “Clearance” items.


🛠️ How to Start Your Return

  1. Contact the Coven: Email us at support@richyuniversaltoyshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack it Up: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number. Securely pack your item to ensure it isn’t damaged during transit.

  3. Ship it Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💰 Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


🕸️ Damaged or Defective Items

Did your monster arrive with a missing limb? If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send out a replacement faster than a bat out of hell.
